System Solution Configuration Options
TDI customers have several system configuration options. All standard system solutions include a marketing warehouse database, Campaign Manager, DialogWizard, and DialogGuide agent licenses. If your system is used for outbound direct marketing in the contact center, a Computer Telephony (CT) server is included. Implementation of all standard solutions includes Marketing Data Warehouse definition and configuration, development of at least one campaign application set, installation, and operational training.

- Outbound Agent Liberation System:
- Campaign Manager
- Liberation server (SQL Server-based marketing database)
- DialogWizard
- DialogGuide outbound agent licenses
- Computer Telephony server with outbound voice processing software capable of predictive, preview, progressive, and manual dialing
- Associated third-party software and hardware, as specified in the customer-specific configuration
- Inbound Agent Liberation System:
- Campaign Manager
- Liberation server (SQL Server-based marketing database)
- DialogWizard
- DialogGuide inbound agent licenses
- Application server with inbound data management software, capable of providing ANI/DNIS
- Associated third-party software and hardware, as specified in the customer-specific configuration
- Universal Agent Liberation System:
- Campaign Manager
- Liberation server (SQL Server-based marketing database)
- DialogWizard
- DialogGuide universal (both inbound and outbound) agent licenses
- Computer Telephony server with outbound voice processing software
- Associated third-party software and hardware, as specified in the customer-specific configuration
- Blended Agent Liberation System:
- Campaign Manager
- Liberation server (SQL Server-based marketing database)
- DialogWizard
- DialogGuide agent licenses with a customer-specified number of outbound, inbound, and universal agent licenses
- Computer Telephony server with:
- Outbound voice processing software
- Agent Control Manager - Liberation Campaign Blending software
- Application server with inbound data management software, capable of reading ANI/DNIS and communicating with ACD for switching agents between campaigns
- Associated third-party software and hardware, as specified in the customer-specific configuration
