Ms. Kelly is a 20-year veteran of the communications industry and one of the earliest proponents of CRM-based contact management systems that optimize the productivity of revenue producers in businesses. Starting in 1987, she has grown TDI from a start-up enterprise to an award-winning industry leader. She is an industry expert and serves as the President of the Arizona Chapter of the American Teleservices Association and serves on the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Teleservices Council. Prior to TDI, Ms. Kelly started three other companies, all pioneers in their field, and all still thriving today. Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mt. Mercy College.

Mr. Faulkner is responsible for all sales efforts at TDI. He has multiple years experience leading teams in both direct and indirect sales environments. Starting in 2007, he oversaw the successful launch of the National Channel Partner Program and greatly expanded the international footprint and presence of TDI. Prior to TDI, Mr. Faulkner held a variety of leadership roles in the telecom, healthcare revenue cycle management, defense, and medical technology industries. Mr. Faulkner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University.

Ms. Dearing provides TDI with more than 20 years of leadership as an executive in high technology manufacturing and quality process management. She joined TDI in 1998 as Director of Marketing, and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in May 2001.  Prior to her position at TDI, she served as Manager of Product Marketing for Aspect Telecommunications and as Director of Application Products at Syntellect, Inc.  Ms. Dearing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

Mr. Moore is responsible for managing the Product Engineering and Information Technology functions at TDI. Prior to joining TDI he held various management positions with APAC Customer Services and Electronic Data Systems.” His diverse background with large-scale communications and information systems deployment provides TDI's customers with sound leadership in the design and implementation of cutting edge technologies and solutions.  Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mayne is responsible for all financial operations at TDI and brings over 17 years of experience in controlling the financial operations of technology companies. He previously held positions as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Viasoft, a publicly held enterprise systems software provider. Prior to Viasoft, Mr. Mayne held financial management positions with both private and public software and systems companies. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting.

Mr. Buffard brings over 25 years of telecommunications experience to TDI. His primary focus is assisting with product strategies and future direction. Before joining TDI, Mr. Buffard oversaw day-to-day operations at Cirilium and helped to achieve many of their strategic goals. He also acted as Director of Product Management for Inter-Tel, where he managed the business and product development efforts for Inter-Tel's international direct offices and partners. Graduating with honors, Mr. Buffard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
