(Scottsdale Office) We are looking for a Product Upgrade Technician to join our Customer Service department. This position schedules and performs software upgrades to our Liberation product line. This individual will schedule pre-upgrade back-up processing, product upgrade, test key functionality, and perform post-upgrade follow-ups with customer to insure success of the upgraded software.
